Hours: Monday and Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Saturdays 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Accepted items include household trash, mixed recycling, brush, metal and cardboard.

Effective January 2021: Metro will be tracking all loads using a handheld ID scanner. This system will verify residency, usage, tire allowance, and frequency.

All local municipalities are aware of the new system and it has been met with their approval. 

• Valid Driver's License or State ID Required-Franklin, Town of Norway, Town of Raymond residents only 
• Norway Residents can still show their dump pass, but a valid ID must accompany it. 
• Residential Waste Only-NO COMMERCIAL WASTE! 
• Commercial Vehicles, Dump Trailers and Dump Trucks will be scrutinized. 
• 2 Square Cubic Yard Maximum for Garbage-Yard Waste does not apply 
• 5 Regular Car or Truck Tires Per Year 
• No Boats, Jet Skis, Paddle Boats or Hot Tubs Allowed 
• No Hazardous Waste 
• No Electronics-Including Televisions 
• No Microwaves 
• No Compressed Cylinders-Propane Tanks 
• No Salvaging 
• No Smoking 
• No Freon containing items (Refrigerators, Dehumidifiers) 

Waste Management reserves the right to reject any self-hauled load. Rude and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Violations of any of these policies, by any persons, may result in the loss of dumping privileges, a visit from local police, and monetary fines.

The Muskego site on Hwy 45 is permanently closed. Raymond residents may temporarily use the site at 1500 N University Drive in Waukesha while a new site is being built.
