Payment Information:
- Checks should be made payable to VILLAGE OF RAYMOND.
- Cash (in person only): Limited change available. Exact change is encouraged and appreciated.
- Payment stub from your tax bill should be included with all payments.
- Mail/drop box payments: If you want a receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope. No paperwork will be mailed without a stamped self- addressed envelope. Please do not drop off or mail cash.
- Overpayments: No refunds will be issued at the time of payment. Refunds will be sent in the mail by check after the payment has cleared the bank (approximately 10 days).
Payment Deadlines:
The Village of Raymond cannot accept real estate tax payments after the January 31st grace period ends. After that time, ALL real estate taxes must be made payable and sent to Racine County Treasurer, including late payments and the 2nd installment. (For late or 2nd Installment payments, if paying online through Official Payments/ACI, enter "Racine County" as the entity and "Real Estate Taxes" for payment type.)
Lottery Credit Information:
- You are only entitled to one Lottery Credit – on your principal residence as of January 1 of the tax year. (If you have multiple parcels, please check to make sure you are receiving only ONE Lottery Credit.)
- If you DO NOT see a Lottery Credit on your bill and think you should have one, please call or ask when paying your bill. We are able to issue late credits for your current tax bill.
Payment Tips
PLEASE make checks payable to VILLAGE OF RAYMOND and enclose the appropriate stub from the bottom portion of the bill.
PLEASE include a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE if not paying in person and would like a receipt.
No paperwork will be mailed without a stamped self- addressed envelope.

DO NOT send CASH in the mail.
DO NOT send your July payment (if electing installments) to the Village of Raymond. PLEASE send it to Racine County by July 31st.
NO refunds will be given out at the time of payment. Refunds will be sent in the mail by check after the payment has cleared the bank.
LATE PAYMENTS of real estate taxes are made to Racine County. Call for current amount due 262-626-3239.
LATE PAYMENTS of business personal property taxes may be made to Village of Raymond. Call for current amount due 262-835-4426.
