Raymond Hometown Hero Banner Program

Honoring Our Veterans and Celebrating Their Service

The Village of Raymond was proud to honor the service and sacrifice of our local veterans through the Raymond Hometown Hero Banner Program.

This special community initiative provided families with an opportunity to recognize loved ones who served our country and celebrate their contributions to our nation.

Following the annual July 3 display, the Hometown Hero Banners were proudly displayed along 76th Street at the 6 Mile Road and 7 Mile Road roundabouts, creating a meaningful tribute to the men and women who served.

Each banner featured a military photograph and service information, highlighting the dedication, courage, and sacrifice of veterans with ties to the Raymond community.

A Meaningful Community Tribute

The banners served as more than decorations along our roadways. They represented the stories of our neighbors, family members, and friends who answered the call to serve our country.

The Village of Raymond extends its sincere appreciation to the families who participated in the program and helped make this tribute possible.

To our Hometown Heroes, thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your dedication to our nation. It was an honor to recognize you and share your stories with our community.

The Raymond Hometown Hero Banner Program was a meaningful reminder of the importance of honoring our veterans and preserving their legacies for future generations.
