In-person absentee voting:

The Village of Raymond will have in-person absentee voting beginning Tuesday two weeks before an election and ending the Friday before an election.

Hours are 9 am - 4 pm (except the last Friday, until 5).

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation provides free state ID cards for voting.

Voting By Absentee Ballot

Any qualified elector who is unable or unwilling to appear at the polling place on Election Day may request to vote an absentee ballot.

The elector must also be registered to vote in order to receive an absentee ballot.

TO OBTAIN AN ABSENTEE BALLOT YOU MUST MAKE A REQUEST IN WRITING

Visit MyVote (myvote.wi.gov) to apply for an absentee ballot, or contact your municipal clerk for an application form.You may also request an absentee ballot by letter. Your written request must include: 

  • Your residence address within the municipality
  • The address where the absentee ballot should be sent, if different
  • The election(s) for which you wish to vote absentee
  • Your signature
  • If not already on file, or applying as an indefinitely confined voter, a copy of your photo ID is required
Special absentee voting application provisions apply to electors who are indefinitely confined to home or a care facility, in the military, hospitalized, or serving as a sequestered juror. If this applies to you, visit myvote.wi.gov or contact the municipal clerk.
